Our AI-based software becomes a company-specific production co-pilot through continuous data input and user training and provides specific and valid suggestions for work preparation and CAM programming.<\/p>\n

Data<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We use proprietary data. Consent is obtained as part of our joint customer contracts and in accordance with GDPR. No external data is used with the exception of freely available data sets specifically provided for commercial R&D.<\/p>\n

Our AI Code of Conduct<\/h3>\n

Our software works with AI systems ranging from expert systems to statistical methods and learning systems. According to the EU AI Act, our product falls under the low-risk category. We therefore voluntarily undertake to follow the ethical and technical guidelines for the use of artificial intelligence. Our Code of Conduct for the development and product integration of our AI is as follows:<\/p>\n

1. Transparency and traceability<\/h3>\n

Users are informed about the use of AI and all relevant information is provided in understandable language. This applies in particular to data used for the customer-specific training of AI models and the improvement of product functionalities in relation to AI.<\/p>\n

The user can intervene in the operation of the AI system or adapt its suggestions at any time. Where technically possible, the basis for the AI’s decision-making is made transparent.<\/p>\n

2. Safety and reliability<\/h3>\n

Our AI system is designed to be reliable and stable. Regular checks and updates of the system are carried out to ensure security and protection against threats.<\/p>\n

3. Data protection and confidentiality<\/h3>\n

Only the absolutely necessary data is collected and processed. The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy in accordance with the GDPR.<\/p>\n

Access to data is strictly controlled and only permitted to authorized persons.<\/p>\n

4. Fairness and Non-Discrimination<\/h3>\n

Since our AI system only evaluates technical data in production optimization, regardless of the actual users, equal treatment is guaranteed without restrictions.<\/p>\n

5. User-friendliness<\/h3>\n

There are clearly defined processes for dealing with incidents and complaints in connection with the use of the system. Easily accessible support is available for questions or problems.<\/p>\n

6. Environmental friendliness<\/h3>\n

We pay attention to energy efficiency during the development and productive use of our AI system and optimize it so that it has a minimal impact on the environment.<\/p>\n
